• PHANTOM DRONE: Top-secret creation for covert missions and retreats
DRONE CHANGES
• GUARD: Slows enemies in the red circle upon explosion
• MEDPRO: Suppressive Toxin damage reduced
VI CHANGES
• Shadow Step: No enemy shooting during invulnerability, increased windup time, reduced armor penetration
• Reduced weapon armor penetration
BUG FIXES
• Bugs fixed for Vi, Ramsay, Alice, and Blizzard
