What's new in Ruler 3.7.1

Fix issues for devices with a notch or cutout a the top of the screen.
Add fullscreen toggle to use the space under display cutouts (e.g. camera, notch).
Add Swedish krona to available currencies for calibration as well as Swedish localization.
Minor UI improvements.
