All our permissions are used to improve your app usage and experience, let us explain more:
- “find accounts on the device” - this is for a safer, faster Facebook login (if you choose to login to like or queue a film across web and app)
- “access media files” - this is required for you to save films for offline playback
- “run at startup” & “view wi-fi connections” - this is required for automatic downloading of offline films when you are on wi-fi networks, this will help you save data when watching films
- “set an alarm” - this is for notifications to remind you of new films every thursday (you can turn this off in the app settings)
- “prevent phone from sleeping” - this is required when watching the film so that your film doesn’t snooze while you are halfway thru the film
