***TIPS:
1. Widget doesn't update on some devices: Make sure allow 'Start in background' for Today Weather.
2. Problem loading widget: Uninstall and reinstall Today Weather app.
3. Can't click on widget: This issue only happen on third-party launcher (Nova launcher...), this is a system bug.
