MyTelkomsel has improved the account page. The structure of the menu has been improved and easier to explore. You can also easily change your SIM card with a simple swipe.
Complete Your Daily Needs
There are various new features that are worth a try, and Kredivo is joining the league to complete your payment. Other payment methods are also still available when buying packages or topping up your credit balance. You can send gifts based on the product categories through the Send Gift feature, update your MyTelkomsel account details, and get assistance from our customer service including chatting directly with Veronika, our virtual assistant. Upgrading your SIM card to 4G is also possible without having to visit GraPARI outlet, but if you need to make a GraPARI appointment, it can be done via the app too.
