Added support for video rewinding and shortcut panel for control buttons.
Added support for non-admin users to receive notifications.

Added support for enabling/disabling the Floating player.
Fixed the issue where hardware decoding might not be switched off to software decoding on Xiaomi Mi or OnePlus devices running Android 10 or above.
Fixed the issue where permission rules of non-admin are wrongly applied.
Fixed the issue where video streaming might not work properly via proxy connections.
Reduced power consumption when Geofence is enabled.
