SuperBetter empowers groups and individuals to go for epic wins and improve their mental health, resilience and social-emotional learning.

The evidence-based SuperBetter methodology uses the psychology of game play in all of life. Playing SuperBetter means bringing a gameful mindset to everyday life – going for epic wins, adopting a secret identity, activating power-ups, battling bad guys, completing quests, and checking-in with allies. Players develop new skills, strengthen their whole-person resilience (mental, social, emotional & physical) and track how their gameful strengths grow over time.

SuperBetter is backed by science. In a randomized controlled trial at the University of Pennsylvania, playing SuperBetter for 30 days significantly improved mental health and resilience. Over 1 million people have played SuperBetter.

HOST ACCOUNT: HOST SQUAD CHALLENGES

Squad Play was designed for educators to address the youth mental health crisis, and is available to all. It’s a tool for teachers to bring social-emotional learning to life; colleges to promote student success; small employers for team building, skills for success & wellbeing; small groups, teams & clubs to engage their members; friends to play together; and more.

The web-based host portal makes it easy to create squads and host challenges. Each squad challenge has an epic win and 5-days of activities. Squad members play SuperBetter for about 10 minutes a day on the mobile or web app.

Hosts can select from a library of over 90 squad challenges that promote mental health, emotional wellbeing, social skills and physical resilience.

And, hosts can design custom challenges to have their squads go for any epic win they choose.

Squad members play on either a free Player account or a Hero account.

PLAYER ACCOUNT: PLAY WITH SQUADS

The Player account is a companion to the Host account. It is a free account for Squad Play mode only.

With a Player account you can join squad challenges when invited by your hosts, and play a weekly SuperBetter challenge.

HERO ACCOUNT: PLAY ON YOUR OWN

The Hero account is designed for playing SuperBetter on your own.
