- For Leaners of Chinese:
• all Chinese headwords are shown with Pinyin so learners can easily learn the pronunciation of a Chinese character.
• part of speech (noun, verb etc.) of each headword is shown telling you how to use a word in a sentence.
• notes on aspects of Chinese culture, e.g. 科举, 唐诗, are included under relevant entries.

- For Learners of English:
• includes IPA pronunciation of English headwords.
• part of speech of each headword is shown as well as irregular forms.

■ Search Features ■
• wildcard search: enter “?” in place of a letter when you are unsure of the spelling (e.g., “man?ver” retrieves the word “maneuver”).
• search for words inside a definition by simply clicking on the word of interest and selecting "Hyper Text".
• Integrated Dictionary Feature: You can switch to different language dictionaries without having to close DioDict.
(Available only for the same version. e.g., DioDict 3 with DioDict 4 would not be compatible for this feature.)
