- Automatically entering the access code after receiving it via SMS and running the app is removed due to Google's privacy protection policy

About Knox Remote Support 19.11
Knox Manage Remote Support enables IT Admin's remote troubleshoot when users encounter a problem.
It is a remote troubleshoot solution for the IT Admin and users of Knox Manage.
Knox Manage Remote Support provides:
- Doesn't require in-person analysis
- Support all of Samsung devices
- IT Admin may record device screen as a video clip or screenshot for the reproduction purpose during the remote support
- Enables IT Admin to send the files to the user and vice versa.
Knox Manage Remote Support is provided as a part of Knox Manage on a valid license.
