First of all, we would like to sincerely thank our customers for using Samsung Video Library.
Despite the love and interest of many customers, it has become difficult to continue the service due to the low usage and activation rate and the difficulty of distinguishing Samsung Video Library from other apps.
As a result, we inform you that the update and compatibility support of the Samsung Video Library app will be discontinued.
The app update and compatibility support will be discontinued on January 1, 2024.
Therefore, new features and services supported through app update and compatibility will not be provided on the new OS.
However, after the discontinuation date, you can continue to use the app you have been using in the OS versions or supported models listed below.
- Compatible OS versions: From Android 6 to Android 13
- Compatible supported models: Galaxy S23/22/21/20/10/9/8/7/6/5 Series, Galaxy Note20/10/9/8/7/6/5/4 Series, all models of Galaxy Z/A/M Series

You can browse and play video content.
It also provides clear and straightforward layout, when you select Samsung Video Player for playing video clip, it may provide a seamless user experience.
Major features are like below.

- Videos/Folders Tab

- Sort by – Title/Time
- Sort by Order - Ascending/Descending
- File Tag (360 video, DRM, Slow motion, Hyperlapse video and HDR)
- Instant player - displaying the selected video on the list
■ Managing
- Provides Editor/Delete on video content (You can download Video Editor)
- You can share video content with friends via various sharing functions that device supports
(Email, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Direct, YouTube...)
- You can select and move/copy contents if multiple folder exists
- You can rename a file/folder
- You can create a folder and add videos there
- You may select video content then delete or make it private**
** 'Private' functionality available if the device supports any of the following
(Secure Folder, Private Mode or KNOX service)
* Supported device : Samsung Galaxy Series (some models are not supported due to hardware dependency)
