Samsung Pay mini – Simple and Secure
Samsung Pay mini is an easy-to-use and secure mobile payment service. Use BHIM UPI to recharge your phone and your FASTag. Make utility bill payments like Electricity, Mobile postpaid, DTH, Broadband and Landline easily. Also get timely reminders when Bill is due & never worry about missing payments. Do instant payments at retail stores by scanning any QR from Samsung Pay mini. Samsung Pay mini in India supports Paytm wallet for Wallet payment methods (Scan QR Code, Show QR Code and sending Money using phone number) and Bank Transfers through the Unified Payment Interface (UPI). Get assured rewards on all your transactions*.
Setting up Samsung Pay mini is a simple one-time activity. Just Sign in with your Samsung Account ID and register your Fingerprint/PIN which will be used to initiate transactions through Samsung Pay mini. Now you are ready to register your favorite wallet and bank accounts.
UPI ID is a unique ID that is used to make UPI payments in place of bank account details. Users can set-up UPI and add their banks in just a few taps. UPI PIN is similar to Debit card PIN - a 4 or 6 digit number that needs to be set while creating UPI ID. UPI PIN is necessary for all UPI transactions and should not be shared with anyone.
To make payments using Samsung Pay mini, launch the app by swiping up from any screen: Lock screen or Home screen. Once Samsung Pay mini is launched, select the card of choice by swiping left or right and select the method of payment (send, show, scan) to initiate payment.
Users can register their Paytm wallet by using their mobile number linked to the wallet or create a new wallet through Samsung Pay mini. Currently Wallet Payment methods are Scan QR Code, Show QR Code and sending money using phone number. In addition, you can also ‘Add” money to the wallet. Wallets can be topped up using BHIM UPI. Users can make payments using wallets on Samsung Pay mini irrespective of having the Paytm app on the Smartphone.
