What's new in Plex Experience Preview 2025.7.0

From version 2025.6.0:

New:
- Allow Live TV OTA when FAST is disabled.
- Add network error screen and banner for mobile when device is not connected to internet.
- Add support for playlists.
- Allow switching users while offline.
- Implement picture In picture.
- Added support for playback speed adjustments.

Fixed:
- Slow refresh on activity feed.
- Missing data after switching users.
- Content clipped in user switcher.
- Device settings to be saved per user when users are switched.
