3.3:
-Option to avoid notification of new build if the changelogs is empty or if doesn't contain a security update
-Fixed AutoDelete of Backups on External Storage not working
-Fixed bug where same changelog was inserted if clicking repeatedly on old builds changelog
-Added "Send mail to help in app translation" in the settings
-Imported new translations (Thanks Tom Koole)
