Loans are issued in amounts from 1,000 to 70,000 rubles. Minimum period – 3 months; maximum - 5 months. Interest on loans is accrued from the day following the day the loan was issued and up to and including the day the loan is repaid at a rate of 291.635% per annum (range of values for the total cost of the loan is 286.327-291.889% per annum).

Loans are available to citizens of Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia, as well as citizens of Belarus if they receive a loan again, from 18 to 75 years inclusive.
An example of calculating the total cost of a loan of 15,000 rubles for 3 months (291.635% per annum): payment according to the schedule - 7,648 rubles, number of payments – 3 payments according to the schedule, total amount to be repaid – 22,944 rubles.
