New Cloudflare One app changes

Notable changes:
- Added the ability for the user to download logs from the onboarding screen if registration fails.
- Fixed an issue that, in rare circumstances, caused the Cloudflare One app to crash on ChromeOS and prevented users from registering with their Zero Trust organization.
